With the intention of supporting and spreading the practice of living well, I offer the tools that I’ve used to help the people I’ve worked with individually…on a broader scale.
My twenty years of teaching and practicing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) has allowed me to develop training programs and talks designed to improve and strengthen relationships, effectively work with conflict, and increase overall satisfaction.

COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION INTRO SERIES

(ALSO KNOWN AS NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION, NVC)

If you are looking to learn NVC in a group setting, I offer an eleven-week course that focuses purely on learning this model of communication, featuring such cornerstones as fostering respect, and understanding and empowering individuals to authentically connect with themselves and others – which ensures that everyone’s needs are valued.

COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION (NVC)

IMPROVING CONNECTION THROUGH THE POWER OF LANGUAGE

A 4-HOUR CE WORKSHOP FOR MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

ONLINE COURSE – $150

In this course we will focus on identifying what blocks compassion and connection and how to increase and improve compassion and connection by: developing and increasing awareness of thoughts, feelings, and needs; improve feelings and needs vocabulary; identify the kind of conditioning and thinking that leads to anger and conflict; learn how to communicate and listen for feelings and needs to diffuse anger and reduce conflict; learn how to empathize using NVC.
